2025 Off Highway Van Features: What’s New?
Hideaway Sliding Toilet
In our Davey Jackson and Sundance Kid models, we already have bench seating with integrated storage, but for 2025, we’ve optimized these storage areas to include an all new sliding toilet function.
No more leaving your toilet out in your gear garage in plain view. This solution allows you to slide your composting or cassette toilet out from under a bench seat, do your business, then slide it back under to hide it away.
New Solid Surface Countertops
When you build a 2025 Off Highway Van, you’ll get access to more countertop options than ever.
We’ve partnered with a new countertop provider to offer a ton of brand new countertop options for your custom van build. These new offerings fall in line with our ethos of creating the longest-lasting, highest-quality camper vans on the market. With a focus on durability, these new options are a significant improvement, and they look fantastic!

Heated Hydronic Flooring
If you’re looking to bring all the comforts of home to camp with you, our 2025 Off Highway Van models can now all be optioned with a heated hydronic floor!
No more cold feet on the slopes; all powered by your van’s 4-Season Hydronic heating system available standard in Pro and Pro-X builds.
Performance Packages
For all 2025 Off Highway Van models, we have simplified the build process to help you get more of the upgrades you want at a significant packaged discount.
From our R Package that includes sliders, steps, a bumper and more to our Unlimited Package that includes upgrades like Starlink, WeBoost, and home delivery, these packages are purpose built to get the most out of your new camper van.
Mod Pod: A Davey Jackson Exclusive
Our Davey Jackson model has gotten a major facelift for 2025 with the addition of the Mod Pod seating system. This pivoting, 2-person, bench seat allows you to have belted seating for 2, an extra twin bed, and even the ability to create a cafe seating area in your van.
Simply rotate the front seats, and add your Lagun table to convert your van from travel mode to chill mode with seating areas for 4+ when you’re hosting. Then, when night falls, rotate the Mod Pod and lower the seat to its flat position to create an additional twin bed.
JL Audio Packages
When you purchase a 2025 Off Highway Van, you’ll have access to all new offerings for our JL audio packages.
We’ve partnered with JL audio to offer sound packages that take your Sprinter sound system from a quiet, treble-heavy, forward balanced audio, to a premium surround sound system that includes an amp, subwoofer, and rear door surround.
Skylights Available On Every Model
Though skylights have been a staple of our custom van builds since 2016, they are now available as an option for all 2025 models!
Any Off Highway Van model can now be optioned with a Skylight from Basecamp to Pro-XR packages. Bring more of the outside in and take your stargazing to the next level with this 3’ x 5’ window to the world.
